To better help students balance their virtual and academic lives, Level Up! grants parents the authority to block their children’s Ragnarok accounts and limit their playtime to certain hours with the Unplugged program.

To monitor and control students’ RO playtime, parents and legal guardians may now block a child’s account by just filling up an application form with the following information:

• Day/s & time you want your child to be banned

• Start date and end date

• Your child’s username

• Your name

• Your Contact number

Upon receiving your request, we will call you to verify. You even have the option to set a meeting with us and your child.

For inquiries, you may reach our Youth Programs Department at 751-9600 then dial 2. Our line is open from 11 am to 10 pm, Mondays through Fridays.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Completely filled up application form
• School registration
• Test papers (with the teacher’s signature at the upper right hand corner of the first page) / report card to be faxed 2 weeks after the release of grades

MECHANICS:

1. To qualify for Honor Roll, you must be an elementary, high school, or college student.

2. Download and fill up the Application Form.

3. In the application form, choose one category you would like to join.You can only apply in one category and level (for Ragna Academic Achievers) per term. Don’t forget to include your teacher’s contact information (phone number or e-mail address) and your own mobile number and/or landline for verification purposes.

4. Submit the application form and your school registration a week before the major exam/s for Ragna Academic Achievers and on or before the grading period ends for Ragna Honor Guard. You may send them via:

5. Only applicants with complete requirements will be accommodated. Test papers and/or report cards must be submitted 2 weeks after the release of grades. In case of delays, email or call us for an extension of deadline.

6. You must meet the minimum required grade to receive a prize.

7. Prizes will only be awarded to Honor Roll award recipients. The registered name and e-mail address in the RO account must match the name and e-mail address in the Honor Roll application form before prizes are released. LU! reserves the right not to award the prize if accounts are invalid.

8. Prizes are non-transferable and not convertible to cash.
