Game Master / Customer Service Officer (Active Hiring)

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via ticket system, walk-in, forums, email and chat. This inquiries include but is not limited to account and billing related issues
• Handle in-game and offline events
• Monitor and enforce our terms of service, code of conduct and other policies
• Gather and escalate player feedback and issues
• Handle multiple games depending on actual needs in the customer service and game support team

Qualifications:

•  Must be at least 18 to 30 years old
•  Graduate of any 4 year course
•  Solid MS Office Skills especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
•  With excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English & Filipino
•  Able to handle stress and has a creative and positive attitude
•  Passionate about Level Up! Games and other Online games, is A MUST
•  Background in basic PC/network troubleshooting is an advantage
•  Willing to work during weekends with varying schedule of days off
•  Willing to work on graveyard shift
•  Willing to work extended hours and do overtime
