Hari ng Kalsada 2009
The “Hari ng Kalsada” online rankings will be the official online / ranking component of this year’s Crazy Kart Race of Champions.

Every 15 days, the Crazy Kart GM team will select a map to be ranked.

Crazy Kart players will see at the bottom right hand of the site the rankings for that particular map. At every 15th and 30th of the month, we will record the top player for the map selected. At every 16th and 31st or 1st day of the month, we will announce in the CK Forums and CK Site who that player is.

The entire elimination phase will be scheduled on the following dates:

Elimination 1: May 16 – May 30 (PINAS Map)
Elimination 2: June 1 – 15
Elimination 3: June 16 – 30
Elimination 4: July 1 – 15
Elimination 5: July 16 – 30
Elimination 6: August 1 – 15
Elimination 7: August 16 – 30
Elimination 8: September 1 - 15

*Every 1st and 16th, 12:00nn, indicated in the elimination phases, we will reset all best times for the ranked map to be used for Hari ng Kalsada.

Announcement of the winner for each elimination phase will be announced via the CK site, forums and In Game Announcement.

Eligibility:
Must have an account in Crazy Kart.

Mechanics:
All players interested to join the Hari ng Kalsada must play at the specific map indicated every 1st and 16th day of the month.
These players must post their best time for that particular map.
At every 15th and 30th day of the month, the player with the best time for the particular map will be crowned the “Hari ng <Insert Map Here>” (ex. “Hari ng Pinas”) for that ranked map.
A player may only win once for the entire tournament. (If a player is already “Hari ng <Insert Map Here>” he / she is ineligible to join the next heat of the tournament.)
Players who won for a specific leg (map) of the “Hari ng Kalsada” will be contacted by the GM during the week of the announcement of the winner.

Prizes:
Champion – P40,000
2nd place – P20,000



Hari ng Kalsada Quarter Finals:

Hari ng Kalsada Quarter Finals will be held on September 19, 2009. All 8 quarter finalists will be asked to look for 3 more team members to play for the quarter finals. With the eight (8) teams, we will narrow them down to only one (1) “Hari ng Kalsada”. Matches will be pre-drawn by LU officials.

Mechanics of the “Hari ng Kalsada” Quarter Finals and Semi Finals:
Team Race
3 vs. 3 (2 GMs will serve as Marshalls for the race. One GM will join the red team, while the other will join the blue team. . They will be part of the race, but they may not move from the Start / Finish Line.)
4th Race Member may serve as sub.
Best of 5, race to 3 wins for all the brackets.
Team members are not allowed to use the same karts for any particular race. All members should have a unique kart of their own

Mechanics of the Hari ng Kalsada Finals:
Team Race

Best of 7, race to 4 wins for all the brackets.

Champion of the Hari ng Kalsada will be qualified to join the Crazy Kart Grand Prix 2009 tournament, where the Semi Finals will be held Online and the Finals will be held at the grandest event of Level Up, Level Up Live 2009!

* Level Up! employees, ex-employees and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of affinity and consanguinity are disqualified from joining any stage of the Crazy Kart Grand Prix 2009 including the Grand Finals.
**Level Up! has the right to modify the mechanics if deemed necessary.
