1. ELIGIBILITY AND REGISTRATION
1. The contest is open to Filipinos of all ages.
2. To register, you must download the application form. The completely accomplished form must be accompanied with the following:
   - Participant's resume/biodata
   - Digital art entry
2. The filled-up form, resume and entry must be emailed to live-art@levelupgames.ph with the subject “DIGITAL ART REGISTRATION” on or before October 23, 2009 at 5:00 PM.
3. CONTEST CATEGORIES
1. Junior Category
   - Open to contestants aged 16 years old and below
2. Senior Category
   - Open to contestants aged 17 years old and above
4. THEME
1. LEVEL UP! LIVE 2009: UNITED WE PLAY
5. GENERAL GUIDELINES
1. Artwork size must be 1280x768 pixels and in JPEG format only.
2. All entries must be original and must not have been previously exhibited or entered in a drawing/art contest.
3. An entry must be submitted with an essay containing 200-500 words. It should contain information about the contestant and an explanation of the entry and its relevance to the theme.
4. Criteria for judging:
   - Relevance to the theme - 25%
   - Workmanship - 25%
   - Creativity - 25%
   - Overall impression - 15%
   - Delivery of the essay - 10%
5. Judges’ decision is final and irrevocable.
6. Level Up! will have unrestricted right to use all submitted entries for an unlimited period of time for the promotion of Level Up!, its community and its events.
7. Failure to comply with the rules and regulations shall automatically disqualify the participant.
8. Level Up! Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any entry deemed inappropriate for the contest.
9. Level Up!’s employees, event suppliers, event partners and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity are disqualified from entering this contest.
10. By entering the competition, it is agreed that you have read, considered and concurred to all the mechanics and rules published on the Level Up! Live website. Lack of knowledge on the rules/mechanics will not be an excuse.

2. Redemption
• Winners will be announced onstage during the Level Up! Live event. Winning individuals/groups will be briefed by the organizer on the process of claiming their prizes.
