WARLORDS CIRCLE
I. OVERVIEW
This is the 2 nd gate that leads to the Phoenix Council Wars; Perfect World's Official National Tournament that will end in a live battle in "LU Live 2008".

In this test 2 roads are opened for all clans strong or brave enough to go against all comers. These 2 are the People's champion (Wild Card) and Territorial War. The top 4 Clans of each campaign will meet each other in a 6 vs. 6 fight for the Server Warlord title.

3 Server Warlords (Server Representatives) and 1 Dynasty Warlord (Regional Representative) shall clash to reveal 2 champions who will make it to the Phoenix Council Wars Finals at LU Live 2008!

II. ELIGIBILITY
  1. Territorial War
    - All existing Perfect World Clans
    - Level Up employees and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of affinity and consanguinity are disqualified from joining any stage of the Dynasty Wars including the Grand Finals "Phoenix Council Wars".
  2. People's Champion (Wild Card)
    -
    All existing Perfect World Clans
    - Level Up employees and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of affinity and consanguinity are disqualified from joining any stage of the Dynasty Wars including the Grand Finals "Phoenix Council Wars".
  3. Warlord's Circle Finals
    -
    Each qualified clan must submit a team line-up with 10 members
    • 6 tournament participants
    • 4 alternates (back-up)
    - All classes must be represented with a maximum of 2 characters per class.
    - Level Up employees and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of affinity and consanguinity are disqualified from joining any stage of the Dynasty Wars including the Grand Finals "Phoenix Council Wars".

2. Successful Retain/Defend means a territory is still owned by the original clan at the end of the territorial war days.
3. Successful Conquer/Attack means a territory was successfully attacked and claimed by a Clan.
4. Territory Lost means a clan lost a territory.
5. Idle or Territories where no action occurred will not generate points.
6. Top 4 Territorial War Scoring Clans will advance to face off against the Top 4 People's Champion Clans.

V. PLAYER RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Players must follow the rules interpretations and guidelines for play set forth by the Phoenix Quest Tournament Committee, the Tournament Director, the head judge, and other tournament officials.
2. Players are expected to behave in a respectful and sporting manner at all times.
3. Players who argue with or fail to follow the instructions of the Tournament Director, head judge or other tournament officials are subject to the appropriate penalties as the case may be.
4. Level Up and/or officials of the Phoenix Quest Tournament Committee reserve the right to suspend or ban a player or guild without prior notice for any reason deemed necessary.
5. The decision of the Referees, Game Masters, and tournament officials ARE FINAL.
6. Level Up has the right to change/delete portions/expound/clarify/interpret tournament rules depending on circumstances as they see fit for a fair and balanced competition environment
