Helpdesk Support Engineer

The Helpdesk Support Engineer’s primary role is to guarantee the 24×7 delivery/availability of all ICT services and applications, particularly by solving all ICT-related problems the quickest time possible.

Qualifications:

Graduate of a 4-5year course preferably Computer Engineering, ECE or EE
Must be proficient with the use of computers
Preferably with at least 1 year experience in similar field although Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
Familiar with hardware and software troubleshooting, system, network and database administration
Familiar with Microsoft’s various technology/applications, preferably with background on Linux
With good oral and written communication skills
Willing to work on shifting schedules
