| Community Manager |
The Community Manager must emphasize the role of the Community Team by giving information to the players, facilitating online events and serving as a bridge between them and the company and getting/monitoring feedback to ensure that Management has informed choices which will affect the game and the playing community.
The Community Manager is also responsible for the content of the game website and also doing Admin and management functions for the game forums. Lastly, the Community Manager will work closely with the Brand Manager to support, enhance and facilitate marketing efforts directed towards acquiring and retaining players.
Qualifications:
• Good oral and written skills
• Knowledge and experience writing for web and print a plus
• Charisma and communication skills
• Strong motivation and high level of commitment
