How to install Hello Kitty Online (Mutiple part Client):
1. Double-click Hello_Kitty_Online.part1. Wait for the installer to load.
2. Agree to the Level Up! End User License Agreement.
3. Choose the directory to install in. Default directory is C:\Program Files\Level Up Games\Hello Kitty Online.
4. Wait for the installation to finish. You can find the shortcuts on the Desktop and in Program Files > Level Up Games.
How to download a Torrent File:
1. Make sure you have a torrent downloader. If you don't have one, you can get one here.
2. Click on the 1 part torrent installer link above and download the Hello Kitty Online torrent.
3. Once the download has completed, open your torrent downloader (if you downloaded above, it should be BitTorrent).
4. Click on File, then Add Torrent. Select the torrent file you downloaded from the site.
5. Choose a directory to download the file in. Click Ok.
6. Wait for your HKO Installer to finish downloading. |

You might be having trouble installing and running Hello Kitty Online in your computers. If you are experiencing the following problems:
Issue 1: Autorun seems to hang and installer won’t start.
Issue 2: Running the shortcut on the desktop and running HKO.exe does not seem to load.
Please follow these steps to be able to install the game properly:
Issue 1: Autorun seems to hang and installer won’t start.
1) When running the DVD, do not run autorun.exe.
2) Instead, go to My Computer. Right Click on HKO, and click "Explore"
3) Double click on setup.exe and install the game from there.
Issue 2:
1) When the HKO shortcut is not loading, go to the folder where you installed HKO.
2) Run "AutoUpdate.exe" instead. This will also patch your client and you will be able to play HKO.
