Background: (How did the guild started, how it is being managed, motto, etc..)
The WETWORKS guild actually based on the American comic entitled Wetworks. The Wetworks is a covert operation team. We were inspired by its name and mission to save the world. Anyways, if you want to know about the comic, just google it :D
Going back to our guild, WETWORKS originally created in Altrax server by Grail03, Diaton, Claydara, TPK49 and the other founding members. As far as I know, the WETWORKX guild in Elixus right now were formerly members of our Altrax WETWORKS guild, they just transferred to different server and race(Praxis – Bellato). After the server merged, we decided to change the last letter of the guild which is “S” into “Z” so that we could welcome the new server Elixus and all-new friends with it.
There are two WETWORKZ guild that are existing in Elixus server, the Guild leaders are 2SmilingFaceAYT and Tsikoy. Way back in Altrax days, there was only one WETWORKS guild. The reason we made 2 WETWORKZ because there are too many inactive members and new upcoming members, those inactive members were the ones who made names, reputation and inspired us to continue what they left us. 2SmilingFaceAYT the GL of the 1^st WETWORKZ, is the one who handle the inactive players, but there are some active members too in that guild. In the other hand, I(Tsikoy) handle all of the active players and accept all new applicants for the guild.

In WETWORKZ guild, we don’t treat our members as just members or as a playmate in game. We treat them as a Family. We don’t just help each other; we support each other just like a family. That is the main reason why we have this BOND, we care and love each other(sounds kind of a gay but its true).
Our motto since the beginning and foundation of the guild – “Once a WETWORKS, always a WETWORKS”. Meaning, once you became a part of the family, you will always be a family for us, whether you will leave the guild and want to get back, we still accept them as a family.

Memorable Moments by your guild in-game:
There are so many memorable moments by our guild; I will mention the MOST memorable of them all. Way back in Altrax days of WETWORKS, our former member Magnetix(now in MVP Guild) won the RF Online Boards Event, the prize was spawning of 10 Pit Bosses our choice.
As I mention earlier, in Altrax we have only 1 WETWORKS guild but still we have inactive members, we were outnumbered in the beginning, only 7 members were online by that time, the GM was asking if there are more members will be online and ask them to go online as soon as possible. So we made some calls and PMs to have more hitters for the 10 PBs. The happy part was all of the sleeping or inactive players, they got online. I will include some of the photos of the event. Fortunately, we killed the 10 Endless Flame Draco thanks to our members who participated(by that time, Draco PB is very hard to kill).

How do players apply to become members of your guild?
I and 2SmilingFaceAYT is conducting some background check and interview for the applicants. Checking the applicants’ background is a must so that we may know if the applicant/s has/have a previous offense from his/her former guild. We are not that strict to applicants, just a little bit only. :D
