Background:
Our Guild is being managed Democratically but in a very disciplined way, all members are ACTIVE, we have Guild Administrators, Guild officers and Guild Moderators, so basically the guild is very well organized and managed, all members well taken cared of, the guild is managed like a home….. protected like a family and nurtured like brothers and sisters alike.

HISTORY
Our Family have been long standing since January2009 with many series of events, nothing and no one was able to faze the bond our Family has, today, SYNAPTIX stands tall, amidst all the opposers, all those who hate us because they simply cant get to us, we are Built with Love, Trust, Respect, Honor and Loyalty, all these components created the unending dedication of each and every member to encompass all the challenges this guild may experience. WE are WHO we MAKE OURSLEVES, and for SYNAPTIX, GREATNESS comes FROM THE FRIENDSHIP AND BOND that nobody can DARE BREAK US APART.

MISSION
Synaptix aims to build and mold members who are competent, willful, noble and socially responsible in inculcating exellence in Grandchase in game and thereof within this Guild.

Synaptix is a bond, a friendship committed to promote the common good and of course the welfare of each and every one of its family members, here, we are FAMILY not merely GUILDMATES.

Synaptix aims to develop to the betterment of each members, be it skill-wise in Grand Chase game, but also for the betterment of the members’ outlook and personality, our guild is aimed to become of good reputation that nurtures a community that is friendly and lively inside the game and of course here in the forum.

Memorable Moments by your guild in-game: 2 Guild Tournaments, and one for this year, to be held this Feb., All members know a Password to a room in game, wherin players on the guild play together for fun, challenge and plain practice. All members have formed teams who participate in Level Up Events, produced LU LIVE PARTICIPANTS in the FIRST EVER GRAND CHASE NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS, Team Kerby was one of the TOP 4 FINALISTS last November 2009.

How do players apply to become members of your guild? To promote closeness, we use the refer system wherein aspiring new members are required to have someone from inside the guild to actually know him/her even in game or in real life and then refer the said applicant to the guild. thereafter, the applicant will go through a series of PVP test, to see if skills, and actual knowledge of the game is in there, and afterwards, a Final Interview from the Guild Master himself.
