How do players apply to become members of your guild?
1. at least Level 55
2. elemental accessories should have a total of at least 80% attack
3. untarnished r.e.p.u.t.a.t.i.o.n (this includes the exploitation of bugs and the use of 3pp programs)
4. MUST HAVE an RF Boards Account
