Level Up! launches Automated Account System

In our desire to continuously improve our support to our loyal community, Level Up! would like to announce the following enhancements in our Customer Support service:

Starting September 7, 2010, our landline phone service hotline will no longer be available. Instead, we will now focus on our online ticketing system through the Customer Support page.

We will also be launching a fully-automated account management system on the MyLevelUp! page on September 7. This means that Level Up! gamers will now be empowered to change their account details quickly and easily.

Services that will be automated are the following:

The following will still require a player to file a ticket via the Customer Support page:

  • Password retrieval for Game Accounts who do not have a linked MyLU Account
  • Unlocking of Game Accounts from a Gamer SIM
  • Unlinking of MyLU accounts from a Gamer SIM
  • MyLU Account Username Retrieval
  • Character Name Change for Ragnarok Online Users.

To fully enjoy the benefits of our new account management system, please make sure that the email address assigned to your MyLU account is valid and working. If that email account is incorrect or inactive, please change it immediately by visiting the change email page.

Please note that if you are able to access your email account and if it is still valid, there is no need to change email addresses.
