Maging sikat at manalo ng 10,000 cash points and a special winners’ kart linggo-linggo

Painit nang painit ang summer ngayong 2010 with the launch of the Crazy Kart Power Races. Form teams composed of three power-up players and win the following:

Ang tournaments ay every Tuesday and Wednesday starting March 9, 2010 hanggang May 26, 2010.

Eligibility: All players are allowed to join, as long as they are registered.

Event Schedule: This tournament series will happen continuously. There will be one tournament every week (4x a month), with registration happening every other week (2x a month).

Mechanics:

o Only 16 teams per week are allowed to join. (8 teams for day 1 and another 8 teams for day 2)
o A team is composed of 3 members.
o Each Team will have 1 GM as its 4th member.
o Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
o Registration will be done through email. The email should contain the name of the team, and the members of that team. The character that sends this mail will be considered the team leader.
o Those who registered but failed to be within the 16 will have their registration returned.

o Registration of teams will open on Friday 1pm. Deadline of submission of team entries is at 6pm of the Saturday, 2 days before the date of the match. Tournament schedules will be announced every Monday. Day 1 championship is set on Tuesday. Day 2 championship is scheduled every Wednesday. Championship Matches (Day 1 and Day 2 champions) are held every Thursday of the month.
o Each team must fill up a form that should include information of ALL of its members:
> Team Name
> Team Captain
> Real Name
> Age
> Birthday
> Home Address
> Landline number
> Cell phone number
> Email address
> Username
> Character Name
> Level
> Cafe user? Or Home user?

o Dates and times of the battles will be announced for the succeeding months.

o When the battle starts, all teams will be gathered into the Tournament Zones.

o When the signal is given, races will begin.

o The team that becomes the champion of a tournament (for the week) will automatically be recognized in the Power Rankings.

o Weekly Champions will be allowed to defend their weekly titles the following week if they chose to do so. (No more registration required).

o In this case, the defending Power Rank champs will start again from the elimination stages to successfully defend their weekly title.

o Winning multiple tournaments will give you a corresponding multiplier for the tournament prize you will win. An example of this scoring system is as follows:
o If you become the week 1 champion you will earn 2x the prize if you successfully become the week 2 champion and will be allowed to join the next month’s power rankings.
o Should you become the champion of the 3rd week as well, you will win 3x of the prizes provided, and so on.
o If you should ever forfeit your slot in a tournament, or fail to win the championship, you will not gain any multipliers in the next tournament you join.

o Note: Game Mechanics are always subject to adjustments as certain elements must be fine tuned by the GM team to assure that the event will run smoothly as well as maintain its original thematic setting. GM’s decision is FINAL.

Event Rules:
o Each team must be prepared with all of its members complete when summoned by the GM. (A team will not be allowed to race with less members in this case). Default time is STRICTLY 5 minutes only.
o Team Power Up.
o In case the tournament experiences map problems like lag, race results, and “hulog effects”. Marshals will proceed to the RACE RESULTS tally seen after the races have ended.
o There is no point system. We will follow in game Team Power Up feature settings.
o SAFE ZONE: Race restarts will only be considered if a player on any team gets disconnected on the 1st minute of the 1st race on the 1st round. Once the race has restarted, succeeding disconnections will be ignored.
o Best of 3 series for Elimination, Quarterfinals and Semifinals.
o Best of 5 series for the Finals.
o Maps will be chosen randomly by GM’s.
o No level requirements.
o No kart requirements.

Event Prize: (Weekly Champions)
o 10,000 cash points for each member (multiplier prize)
o +1000 EXP points for each member (multiplier prize)
o 1 kart of choice for each member (non-multiplier prize). This can only be awarded once.
***EXP points and kart of choice prizes will be inserted to each team member’s accounts at the end of each tournament.
*** Cash point Prizes will be inserted to the members’ accounts within two weeks from the end of each tournament.
