Cho is not Korean, nor is he Simerian. We think he's probably some kind of elf half-breed. Nevertheless, he's the new guy on content for the Level Up! portal, and he's handling the Player Content Program for starters. Elf half-breeds can do that. Simerians too. When not posting on this site and/or Level Up! Music, he's busy sharpening his +3 Sword of Gigantic Size.
