LU! LIVE 2009 Regionals Suspended
As many of us know, positive cases of Influenza A(H1N1) virus infections have been confirmed in different parts of the Philippines. In line with the Department of Health (DOH) and the government’s drive to prevent the further spreading of this virus, Level Up! has decided to suspend all on-ground Level Up! Live 2009 regional tournaments effective immediately.
In place of the regional tournaments, we are currently studying alternative ways to hold Live qualifiers without putting anyone at risk. So those who have previously expressed interest in joining Level Up! Live 2009’s regional legs need not worry, for they will still be given their chance at glory.
We will be posting more news about said alternate Live tournament qualifiers in the very near future. Please regularly visit the LU! Live 2009 website and your game’s website and forum for further updates.
Let us all do our part in observing the guidelines set by the Department of Health, local governments, your own schools, organizations or companies. The flu strain that’s currently with us is a mild one and so far, people who contract the virus get well. We advise everyone to exercise vigilance in following the necessary hygienic practices and precautions.

Jigsaw (not to be confused with the serial killer) enjoys puzzles and games and has a highly attuned mind when it comes to either genre, she also sports one mean dice roll to boot. Highly experienced with a mouse, Jigsaw is able to beat down any opponent laughing maniacally as the last shot is fired that sends the poor soul to their allotted respawn point. Lately has been seen wandering the office looking for officemates to challenge in a healthy PVP match. Mighty also with a pen and quick with her wit in tow, be sure to read well what she writes, words to live by as it may end up saving your life. 
Nice move by LU. I know a lot of gamers will be disappointed, but this is indeed for the benefit of everyone. :)
