RF: Dupe Item Purge
Good day citizens of Novus!
As our promise to address the issue about the duped items polluting the RF community, stated below are the measures that we did to alleviate this issue.
The Dupe Wipe
The extended maintenance that we had today is due to these efforts, which lead to the deletion of some items that are most often duplicated. The items that have been deleted are listed below.
- Celebration box [small, medium, large]
- Ignorance box [small, medium, large]
- Favor Lucky box [small, medium, large]
- Lucky Set Gem of Exchanger
- 100% Pill
To address the loss of legal (those bought through the item mall) items, they will be returned in the form of Galactic Credits.
- Reimbursement of GC will commence once the servers are all up
- Traded item mall items will not be entertained and reimbursed.
- Consumed item mall items will not be entertained and reimbursed.
- Only item mall items bought from April 25 to June 9 (7:30am) will be reimbursed.
If you believe that an item mall item is not reimbursed after 6pm of June 10, please file a ticket under “Restoration” category with the following information:
- RF Game Username
- Character Name
- Server:
- Items bought / quantity:
- Approximate Date and Time of Purchase from the Item Mall:
Please note that this information will be checked and false claims will be sanctioned by Magna Carta.
The Compensation
To compensate for the lost game time, we will be having a x3 mods (x4 to premium subscribers) on PT, XP, drop and mine from the time the server goes up until 8am of June 11, 2009

Please understand that this is just one of the measures being undertaken, and such efforts are ongoing so that the game economy and item pools are brought back to their “normal” state as much as possible.
