RAGNAROK: Step-up! Ragnarok Style! (Ragnarok Online Video Competition)
“We welcome y’all to our barrio in a Ragnarok stylee!!!” Step-Up! Step-Up! Ragnarokers and get your groove on in a dance choreography competition! Show your National spirit by making a music video here in Philippine Ragnarok Online with the “Barrio” song as your background. Bust those moves, reprazent yo’ guild with styleee!!!
Eligibility
Everyone can join!
Event Duration:
February 16, 2008 – April 16, 2008
Mechanics:
1. Create a short film in-game inspired by the Barrio song and get a chance to be seen and heard by the pRO community! Show off your creativity and directing style!
2. You can use anything that is inside the game (skills, items, emoticons and etc) for your choreography. Record your moves via video fraps, video cam or any other way.
3. You can only use “Barrio” song by powerspoonz as your background song. To download the song please refer to the instructions below:
* Player should log in his myLU account at https://my.levelupgames.ph/
* Click “Buy Barrio” under Load Up!
* Select “Barrio Song” from the drop down menu.
* Once confirmed, a message: “Check your myLU inbox to get your promo code and start the download” will be displayed.
*Redemption code and download link will then be sent to the player’s myLU inbox.
* Php25 will automatically be deducted from the player’s myLU wallet.
* Click the link to go to the download page (http://account.levelupgames.ph/barrio/)
* The player should input the following:
– Promo Code
– PIN
– Ragnarok username
* Once the code is verified, click the download button to start downloading the song.
– If download is successful, link and code expires right away.
– If unsuccessful, system will allow re-download, but promo code will be flagged as used.
*Disclaimer: Please DO NOT interrupt download. Just leave it until “DOWNLOAD SUCCESSFUL” button pops-up.
4. You may take the video in any map in game. The more creative, the better! GM’s will guide the aspiring guild cheering participants through out the recording session.
5. Minimum of 2 minutes video run time. Maximum of 4 minutes for the video.
6. Upload you videos in any file serving sites or in YouTube and fill up the registration form below and send to gm-chastity@levelupgames.ph and Ragnaworks@levelupgames.ph.

8. Submission of entries shall be from February 16, 2008 – April 16, 2008.
9. General Conditions
* Entries should be in either live-action or animated format and should not exceed 4 minutes.
* Movie files should preferably be in .avi or mpeg format.
* Movie files like .avi should have a resolution of not less than 1024×768.
* Entries can be in either Filipino or English. Entries in Filipino should contain English subtitles.
* Entries can be uploaded in file uploading sites or in YouTube but must submit a hard copy after
* For hard copies, entries must be saved to a CD and post mail/hand delivered to GM •Chastity™• or GM •Anael™• c/o Level Up! Inc., 11F Pacific Star Building, Makati Ave cor. Sen. Gil Puyat Ave., Makati City 1200
* All entries must be properly labeled with the following
i. Director/ (Complete Name, complete address & landline number, mobile phone number, and e-mail address) & account’s username and server (if any)
ii. Title of Entry
* There is no limit to the number of entries a participant can send but each entry must be submitted on a separate CD with a separate application form.
* Winner entries will be posted at the Philippine Ragnarok Online website on April 17, 2009.
iii. You can send your entry(ies) via courier service or personally submit at our Office with the proper label.

* 20% – Creativity and Distinctiveness
* 20% – Overall Impact

• The judges will determine the winner(s) for each award category based on the criteria
• A winner can only win a major category once.
• Judges’ decision will be FINAL.
