Saint Morning
To those who have been to Saint Morning, maybe you can relate. Is it just me or is it the Divisoria of Roika?
I’ve been to Saint Morning a couple of times before but I only had enough reason and confidence to tour the area after I got my Acrobat license. The first thing I noticed was the mass of players on it. I actually suffered constant lags when I ventured into the open markets. Players were all over the place, selling their merchandise and showing off their nifty sets. If my memory serves me correctly, I think Saint Morning has more tourists than Flaris.
Now, what could draw this great mass of consumers and patrons to somewhere as (compared to Flaris) dangerous as Saint Morning? In the first place, why Saint Morning? Why not Flaris?
Well, let’s base everything on economics. If you were a merchant trying to sell your stuff to seasoned players at a desirable rate, would you sell them to people who are just starting out or to those who are adept at adventuring?
If your items are probably cheap, then you’d go for the new players. But if you’re items are strictly for 1st job players, then you’ll be out of luck in Flaris. Most people who have outgrown their Vagrant ways are either here or at Darkon. But since Darkon is a little more dangerous than Saint Morning, you’ll find the mass of new graduates here on Saint Morning and what better customers are there than the curious many?
If we base it on basic tourism, then people would flock to Saint Morning hands down. Why? Well, you’ve spent most of your Vagrant days in Flaris, why not get a change of scenery? Why not Darkon? Unless you’re a tank, be my guest.
Saint Morning, in my opinion, could possibly be the leader in economy and tourism in the whole of Roika. So why not take a gander there today?
