Level Up! acknowledges the fact that we have a very strong and creative community. We have seen your submitted work in the forums and we would like to reward your hard work and creativity by means of the Level Up! Player Content Program.

By submitting to this program, entrants hereby grant Level Up! a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty free, perpetual, transferable, assignable, sublicensable license to publicly display, publish, copy, reproduce, edit, modify, distort, use, utilize and otherwise exploit the submission in whole or in part in any manner now known or developed in the future, including, but not limited to, exploitation for commercial, business and trade purposes and for marketing, promoting and advertising Level Up! Inc and its related services. You further waive any and all so called “moral rights” or “droit moral” or similar rights that you may have in the submission.

ELIGIBILITY

1. Currently open to Metro Manila Residents only.
2. Must have an existing My Level Up! account
3. If under 18, must include SIGNED consent and waiver from guardian or parent.

HOW TO JOIN

1. You can join any or all of the following 3 categories:

a. Level Up! Fan Art/Wallpapers
i. Sizes accepted: Wallpapers: 1024×768, and 1280×1024 Fan Art: max 1280×1024
ii. Format: JPG only, very high quality
b. Level Up! Community Videos
i. Minimum of 320×240
ii. Upload Submissions via Youtube and send in the link
c. Level Up! Strategy Guides / Articles
i. Format: .DOC, .PDF, .RTF, .TXT filetypes only
ii. At least 500 words
iii.Include relevant images if possible
iv.Only original content/guides are accepted, Plagiarism will result in disqualification. You may not re-use existing guides.

2. Submit your works to: submissions@levelupgames.ph along with the following required information:
a. MyLU username
b. Full name
c. Home Telephone Number
d. Address
e. Age
f. Occupation
g. If under 18, must include scanned SIGNED consent and waiver from legal guardian or parent.

Note: Failure to include all listed information will result in disqualification.

PRIZES AND ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS

1. Top 2 Winners of each category will be posted on the Level Up! Portal (http://levelupgames.ph) and game forums every First Friday of the Month.

Prizes for Fan Art (Webcomics, Images, Wallpapers) Category:
a. Php 1000.00 LU credits
Prizes for Article/Strategy Guide Category:
b. Php 1000.00 LU credits
Prizes for Video Category:
c. Php 1000.00 LU credits

All winners will be chosen by the Editor in Chief of Level Up! Inc or a designated representative.

Winners will receive an email informing them of their prizes. We will also be coordinating with the winners with regards to Prize Pick up schedules in our Makati office.
