Caroline Dy works as a full-time game artist at Flipside Games and does freelance illustration and cartooning on the side. She graduated from the University of the Philippines with a Bachelors degree in Fine Arts, majoring in Visual Communications in 2005. She has been making comics since grade school but she made her first regular comic strip in college called Alipungang Kamote (direct English translation: Athlete’s Foot Sweet Potato). It was published online at Peyups.com, the premier community for students of the University of the Philippines. She is also working on several other upcoming comic strip titles, some of which are entirely in Filipino.
Aside from comics and games, Caroline enjoys spending what’s left with her free time reading, writing, and making noise with her violin.
