Introducing the new My LU! Customer Support Page
Dear LevelUp! Subscribers,
We are pleased to inform you that beginning February 26 all MyLevelUp accounts will be issued a My LU! Customer Support Page account.
To take advantage of its new and convenient features, please be aware of the following details:
1. SECURE CUSTOMER SUPPORT: The MyLU CS Page is an account based Customer Support System that can be used to send Web Tickets to our Customer Support team.
2. FASTER RESPONSE & PROCESSING: Web Tickets sent via the MyLU CS Page are automatically verified and are processed much more quickly.
3. MORE ACCOUNT SECURITY: You can reset your MyLevelUp Account Password from your MyLU CS Page Account for added security.
· Each MyLU CS Page Account is linked to a corresponding MyLevelUp Account. Therefore, to use the MyLU CS Page, you will need to have an active MyLevelUp Account.
· To activate and use a MyLU CS Page Account, please read our guide by clicking on the How To Use link at the top of this page.
